Our Key Action Areas
Charter Development
We’re co-creating the Malaysian Psychology Charter, a living document built with diverse professionals to reflect shared values — like integrity and inclusion — and promote ethical accountability, unity, and cultural relevance across psychological disciplines.
Ethics Education
Through CPD events, public campaigns, and skills-based training, we cultivate ethical awareness, moral reasoning, and character-based virtues such as courage and integrity to support ethical decision-making across both professional and trainee communities.
Resource Creation
We provide toolkits, guides, and reflective supports for ethical documentation, harm navigation, and decision-making — designed to help clinicians, educators, and researchers act with clarity, transparency, and confidence.
Participatory Research
We conduct anonymous surveys and use reflective tools to identify ethical dilemmas, systemic gaps, and harm patterns, grounding our work in real-world challenges and co-created solutions.
Thought Leadership
We share reflective writing, promote values-based dialogue, and offer platforms for professionals to explore dilemmas, modeling ethical courage and supporting culture change.
Dyad Consultation
Announcing our new peer support initiative: confidential, trauma-informed peer consultation for Malaysian psychology professionals navigating ethical concerns, professional harm, and reporting uncertainty.
